Mentorship Program
We will work on refining your artistic vision, developing technical skills and in-depth understanding of photography. Under my guidance, you will create three personal projects and build a portfolio.
Who Is It For
As someone who was a beginner myself (obviously), and who works with student on daily basis, I understand very well that starting in Photography can be extremely overwhelming.
The periods of feeling stuck can last for too long, and even seem to be never-ending.
Don't worry, you are not alone. We all have been there.
As your mentor, my aim to take you through ups and downs of creative process and help your talent grow and flourish.
We will explore the world of photography together as colleagues and friends to make the learning process easy, fun, accessible and enjoyable.

About Our Process
First meeting
The first meeting is an independent 120 minutes long mentorship session. You will receive a detailed feedback on your existing portfolio and we will indicate together the vectors of your further development.
Duration
The Mentorship Program is tailored according to your needs, so its duration is flexible, usually between 2-6 months. It also depends on how much time and effort you want to invest in your practice.
Sessions
We meet in person or online twice a months. Between sessions, you have to do a homework. Besides learning new material, receiving feedback is the mandatory part of every meeting.
Workshops
If possible, we will organize two photoshoots where I can support and guide you in person. It can be studio or outdoor shoot, depends on your request.
Between sessions
You can rely on my support and feedback in-between our meetings, just send me a message with your question. Also, you will receive additional materials to study.
Results
As a result of the Mentorship program, you will create three mandatory photo projects and build your portfolio and a website.
About your mentor
I'm a Ukrainian photographer, visual artist, and photojournalist based in Amsterdam.
Over the last decade, I was working as a freelance photographer, photojournalist and documentary artist — with both commissioned and autonomous work. For some time I photographed music bands and techno DJs touring around the world.
In the course of my now fourteen-year career in photography, my work was published in numerous media outlets and exhibited around the world, including a group show at 2022’s Venice Biennale (“This is Ukraine; Defending Freedom”).
In 2024 my first photography book “My Mom Wants to Go Back Home” was released in The Netherlands by Jap Sam Books, designed by Mainstudio.
Since 2019 I teach a Photography course in an international school of creative industries SKVOT. I am proud to say that my passion for teaching helped to kickstart careers of more than 300 talented photographers around the world.
